Terms and Conditions for MailGPT.PRO

These MailGPT.PRO Terms of Service ("Agreement") are entered into by and between MailGPT.PRO ("MailGPT.PRO", "we", "us", or "our") and the entity or person placing an order for or accessing the MailGPT.PRO Services ("Customer" or "you"). This Agreement consists of the terms and conditions set forth below and any terms referenced herein. If you are accessing or using the MailGPT.PRO Services on behalf of your company, you represent that you are authorized to accept this Agreement on behalf of your company, and all references to "you" or "Customer" reference your company.

BY INDICATING YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT OR ACCESSING OR USING THE MAILGPT.PRO SERVICES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND NOTICES CONTAINED OR REFERENCED IN THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE MAILGPT.PRO SERVICES. FOR CLARITY, EACH PARTY EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT IS LEGALLY BINDING UPON IT.

1. MailGPT.PRO Services Overview
The "MailGPT.PRO Services" is a platform that allows you to email ChatGPT or Claude from any device without logging in, using a Pay-As-You-Go model with fair conditions.

2. General Eligibility Requirements
a. By accepting this Agreement, Customer represents and warrants to us: (i) that the Customer, if an individual, is at least 18 years of age; (ii) that the Customer has not previously been suspended or removed from using any portion of the MailGPT.PRO Services; and (iii) that the Customer's registration and use of MailGPT.PRO Services is, and will continue to be, in compliance with any and all applicable laws and regulations.

b. To access and use the MailGPT.PRO Services, Customer will need to register and create an account ("Account"). Customer agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information about the Account. MailGPT.PRO reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter is or becomes inaccurate, false, or misleading.

3. Permission to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, MailGPT.PRO grants to you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right during the term of this Agreement to access and use the features and functionalities of the MailGPT.PRO Services.

4. Ownership and Refunds
When purchasing a package, users own the emails and AI responses and have the right to resell them. A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase.

5. Fees and Payment
You agree to pay the fees set forth in the applicable package. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in Section 4.

6. Prohibited Conduct
By using the MailGPT.PRO Services, you agree not to:
a. use the MailGPT.PRO Services for any illegal purpose, or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
b. violate, or encourage others to violate, the rights of third parties, including by infringing or misappropriating third party intellectual property rights;
c. interfere with security-related features of the MailGPT.PRO Services;
d. interfere with the operation of the MailGPT.PRO Services or any user's enjoyment of the MailGPT.PRO Services.

7. Termination
MailGPT.PRO may terminate this Agreement at any time, without notice, for conduct that MailGPT.PRO believes violates this Agreement or other policies or guidelines that MailGPT.PRO has posted. MailGPT.PRO may also terminate this Agreement if MailGPT.PRO believes Customer's use of the MailGPT.PRO Services interferes with MailGPT.PRO's ability to securely provide the MailGPT.PRO Services to others.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE MAILGPT.PRO SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

9. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL MAILGPT.PRO BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE MAILGPT.PRO SERVICES.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Switzerland without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Modifications to this Agreement
MailGPT.PRO reserves the right to change or modify this Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to this Agreement, we will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this Agreement. Your continued use of the MailGPT.PRO Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended Agreement, you must stop using the MailGPT.PRO Services.
